Diabetes Education Program

Our comprehensive program consists of the following:

• 3 Days of Class

    Day 3:    Exercise

                 Grocery store tour

Labs

We are happy to offer lab testing.  Schedule in advance or just stop in at your convenience.

Available: Monday and Tuesday 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM                 Wednesday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Medical Nutrition Therapy

Come see our registered dietitian, Kim Yokum, RD, LD.  Kim will work with you to plan meals to fit your life and achieve your goals.  If you are a patient with diabetes, pregnant, interested in weight loss, need a required nutrition consult in preparation for gastric bypass surgery, need to lower you cholesterol, have reactive hypoglycemia, or are interested in learning more about proper diet and nutrition, then call to schedule an appointment today!  Medicare and most insurances will cover this service.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Judy's is excited to now offer you 72 hour continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).  This service will help you and your doctor track your blood glucose patterns in order to individualize treatment and achieve improved health.  This service is covered by Medicare and most insurance companies.

Insulin Pump Training

Are you tired of taking multiple daily insulin injections?  Feel like your diabetes has you on a schedule?  Need more flexibility?  Let our staff educate and train you on insulin pump therapy.

Current pump users, let us help you make the most of your pump and come in for advanced pumping skills.  If it's time for a new pump, we can help you with the transition.
